Common questions
Can you integrate with my existing equipment?
Often yes. Compatibility should be confirmed against the recorder, panel or controller model during assessment — we tell you honestly what can stay, what can integrate and what should be replaced.
Do I have to buy everything at once?
No. Systems are designed in layers, and many clients phase deployment. The design comes first so each phase fits the whole.
Can I buy equipment and have you install it?
Where the Store is enabled you can purchase directly, and installation can be requested. Where it is disabled, request an assessment and we will specify and supply the right equipment.
What happens during power failures?
Backup power is designed into critical security layers so alarms, cameras, network and access equipment remain operational — sized appropriately during assessment.
